I've done it. I first soaked them in salt water just to give them a little bit of flavor enhancement. Then I sprinkled jalapeno powder on them, then baked them for 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Dang are they good and they are SO much cheaper than other flavored almonds.
BTW, I've also done them plain and I liked them better too than raw almonds. But just wanted to add a little kick as I like spicy things.
