Sounds a bit high unless you already weigh 250+lb.... just my opinion...
I think for hard gainers or new guys the best bet is to drink a whole lot of water, a whole lot of milk, avoid simple sugars, eat a lot of meat and starchy carbs and not be afraid of fat!!! So many guys avoid fat when it's sugar they should be running from!!!
