thanks for all the input, i'll pick and choose the info i find helps me, but ultimately my goal is to progress safely and not risk injury in order to get my lifts up. to me there's nothing boring about the way I or anyone else here's lifting I love it and it's been great for me. I'm looking to gain strength and size, but safely. Thanks again for the help i'll be hitting it hard tomorrow
