Great article BTB! I love the breathing squat. First heard of it from a guy I know ovr bb.com...said he increased his stability and confidence in the squat movement, by simply take a "rest" in between reps... I do a mix of breathers and ATG when I squat...also using a pre-planned weight progression for all my excersises. I feel it gives a constant goal each workout to shoot for..
