I'm doing good man, I have a weird work schedule and had to work the last 2 days. Next week my only days off are Wed and Thursday. Next week I'll try to get on to update even though I don't work out on work days. I got legs later today when the wife gets home.
So far all seems good, still getting a slight warming sensation. Diet has been spot on all week, been feeling leaner but also at the same time feeling like my muscles are getting fuller.
