Default Some lifting videos
I wanted to post a thread of some lifting videos from the past.

The videos are some I have done for PL training when I was living in Jacksonville, Fl. I really miss the gym I was in and the atmosphere. Out area of the gym was out own room we call the Steel Dungeon.
This vids start from last January to last December. At the beginning of training I was around 150 lb. Then I weighed in at 162.
