I tried the chicken shake, sort of bland but still not tasty! I once actually mixed whole milk and cooked steak in a blender, didn't bother trying it, just knew better lol.
As for quick buck quick gainers I remember being in high school and having little money, so I would eat tuna out of the can and drink the water in the can as well... I would have protein drinks made in the morning to bring with me, each with whey, oatmeal and peanut butter in it. I would eat almonds throughout the day and make sure my meals were always at least 1000cals...
