Yeah they are too much. I used to be a huge supplement junkie, but now its all food and milk. Let's see I still got a full tub of Creatine Mono (might start using again), little bit of Syntha-6, ON Serious Mass, ON Whey, and half tub of No Xplode from a year ago when I first started lifting but haven't touched it. I am going to toss em away next garbage pickup.
