sneezingstardust: My head went down only during the setup because I need to situate my feet before the descent. After that, it was straight ahead again. Also, powerlifters tend to lean forward when they squat, especially when it's at or near their 1RM, due to the low-bar position.
kman: My meet PR is 395 @ 165 and 400 @ 181, along with 420 in the gym, but the latter two were when I was heavier than I am now. My 2nd attempt will be 400 and the 3rd will probably be 415.
