Squatting and flexibility
I've always had less than ample flexibility but ever since I've started trying full squat It's become real obtrusive. It seems like no matter how I try I can't go comfortably passed parrallel...
when I actually manage my body does two things it seems like to counteract the my poor flexibility- my torso bends unnaturally forward (making for an ugly goodmorning/squat hybrids, OR my feet start tippytoeing (which I can imagine is good as well).
What I'm asking here is what's the best way to attack this? Are there any good stretches before hand and/or are there any stances that would make it easier on my legs?
