I would also like to add. I have a log. I stick to it for the most part. I do however go for a certain number of reps per bodypart. I go for 100-150 reps for smaller muscles. 175-225 for the larger. I'm not doing much cardio at the moment, but I work at UPS so I'm always on the move. I don't mean to just jump in being the new guy. I am not a forum troll and I will never flame anyone! I just thought I could give a little more input.
