Monday - Chest and Triceps
Chest:
Dumbbell Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Cable Crossovers
Triceps:
Close Grip Bench Press
Lying Tricep Extension
Rope Pulldowns
Tuesday - Abs & Cardio
20mins core strength exercises, followed by 1 hour of low intensity cardio or 45mins of HIIT
Wednesday - Back and Biceps
Back:
Wide Grip Pull Up
Close Grip Pull Down
Cable Row
Biceps:
Barbell Curl
Incline Bench Dumbbell Curl
Dumbbell Preacher Curl
Thursday - Abs & Cardio
20mins core strength exercises, followed by 1 hour of low intensity cardio or 45mins of HIIT
Friday - Legs and Shoulders
Legs:
Squat
Stiff Legged Deadlift
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Standing Calf Raise
Shoulders:
Military Press
