I may be a member of a very small group.... The only thing I hear when I lift is myself..breathing, grunting, growling, or the weights. I don't listen to music when lifting. I lift at home too, so I don't have to listen to gym music or wear headphones.. I'll probably be going to a local gym soon enough just to have more access to more equipment, so that may change...
This is only recent, as I used to listen when I lifted.. Most of what I could list is already here, but for it all comes down to Iron Maiden and Anthrax. Fueled by Anthrax off of Stomp442 is what I listened to before morning PT when I was in the service...nothing like a little thrash at 5am to get the blood moving...
But in the end game, Iron Maiden is all that matters.
