It's more of an article stub then a full-blown article:

I would take small dosages, split up throughout the day. Anywhere from 4-6 daily dosages. And take it with food...most likely with every daily feeding you have.

You could take 1 gram with every meal. That would give you 4-6 grams per day, which is right in line with the recommended dosage of 3.2 to 6.4 grams per day. And this way, 300 grams would last you nearly 2 months.
