T-Alpha 45 min before workout. Stopped after deads to go to my son's science fair, then finished after I got back. Pump was pretty good at first, pretty understandable that intensity wasn't the same when I re-started. Still wasn't bad though. Pretty good workout overall maintained discipline on rest per set.
