Felt good to lift again, man I've sure lost some strength in this 7-8 week hiatus. Nevertheless here is today's short but sweet session.

Tried to do some intraset pull ups but no way. Just hanging brought the pain in the lats. Legs actually feel fine from last squats, and pecs are a bit sore still from bench but feeling great.
