Hey guys,
just set up a new dessert recipe that is high in protein and fibre, hope you like it:
Ingredients:
20g Oatmeal
10g Wheat bran
1 Whole Egg
50g Joghurt
10g Chocolate Protein Powder
1 TS Baking Cocoa
some Milk
some Baking Powder
some kind of sweetener (Honey, Sugar, Artificial Sweetener, etc.)
Put all ingredients together into a microwaveable bowl and mix it up with a spoon. Put it in the microwave for around 3 min. Put the cake on the plate, top it off with some sweet cherries (with the juice) and dig in!!!
TIP 1: Sprinkle enough of the cherry juice over the cake so that it soaks it up.
TIP 2: If you like desserts take twice the amount ;-)
