This past year I have gained about 8-10 pounds and have tried to stick to 20-30 g protein every 3 hours, or if I have a big meal, then 5 hours til the next one. I eat mostly whole foods and try to keep the bad stuff to a minimum. I do eat a lot of fruit and veg too. That said, I never shirk from a cheat meal or two if I'm hungry.
