110kg / 240lbs x 3 – 5sets

Deadlift
215kg / 473lbs x 1 – 1single

Notes
Last week!
Last heavy deadlift day, gained back a little confidence with squatting after Fridays fiasco.
Deadlift felt much better than last week. looking back at the video from last week , my form is shocking!!!!
When meet is over I need to rest to lower numbers and fix this.
