Well I have to say I felt much better tonight. Planned on just trying to at least lift as much as I did last time I worked back but it felt so good tonight , PR's had to be broken.
255x5x2 +15 lbs 5 lbs over pr for weight.
Neutral grip pull ups x bw
5x5 with versa grips as gripping right aggravates tendinitis
Dumbbell row single arm
Single arm seated cable row( neutral with a twist to underhand and a squeeze/pause)
35+5 lbs x20x3 sets
Done in 40 minutes.
Skipped bicep work after trying to curl just the 45 lb bar and fore arm was burning from tendinitis .
Great work out tonight. Did not even cough durin this session
