Have the day off from work today, figured I'd hit the gym.. Everything went well, felt pretty focused and motivated. Wish all my training sessions could be like that...

*Goal was 3 reps, but I was actually happy with just 2 reps. Could of made the 3rd rep but, my second rep was a little shaky and decided to rack it.
5x8 w/ 25lb DB
Lat Pull Downs
3 sets of 8,8,10 x 70lbs
3x10 w/ 10lb DB's
3x8 w/ 25lb DB's
Squat 270 Bench 155 Deadlift 295
Total = 720
