Thought I'd test the variations I've been working on. I don't like comp squat with heels, ugly ass squat too. Hit the uprights on the walk out, almost bailed, I was about to collapse with knees shaking so was gonna rack but thought fuck it, squat. As soon as I got out of the hole I knew I had it.
Happy with bench, I could've paused it or even slight chance of a double TnG.
Cannot pull sumo for shit after squatting. Warm-ups were off but 200 felt solid. Wasn't to be today, back to conventional me thinks. I could do with returning to pulling after squatting in training too.
Also, according to my tee, death is imminent.
