Decided to skip my OH Press deload and just dive into some squats today!

Friday, March 8th. 2013
Wave 1 - Cycle 5

Squat (Cycle 4 Percentages)
2x5xBar
105x5
130x5
155x3
180x3
205x3
235x3

*Wasn't real happy with my last set, I failed to hit 3 reps a few weeks ago and was starting to have a mental block thinking about last time.. I set the safety pins in just in case I couldn't make it and I may have set the pins a little high. I was facing opposite of the mirror so I'm not sure how low I got, I may have been a little shy of hitting parallel.

Back Raises
3x10 w/ medicine ball
*Not sure how much the medicine ball weighed, maybe 10 pounds? But, it was enough to get a nice burn/pump going.

GHR's
4x8xBW

DB Side Bends
3x10 w/ 40lb DB

Calf Raises
3x10x35
