Sorry I've been a little quite in here the last few days - it's been busy with pre-spring break midterms. I've been following the CBL and ULC days quite closely - last night was a high carb day after bench + accessory and I capped off the night with pizza and wine with the laady friend.
3/7: 174.4lb morning bodyweight and 31.5in waist!
I started CBL at 171.6lbs. Back on Feb 19th, I had a 31.5in waist and weighed 172.8lbs.
So, in 16 days I've gained 1.6lbs and my waist measurement has stayed the same
Very pleased with these results and I'm comfortable with that pace of weight gain esp if that means my waist will stay the same.
