As I informed in the last post on this thread, I am back on 4th March to the gym. Below is my log. I wanted to see the decline in my strength levels, if any, due to my absence in the gym. I am glad that the it was not much, barring squats.

4th March 2013

Week 5 Day 1

1. Body stretching 8-10 mins

2. Bench Press

Warm up sets with bar only

10x20 kgs
8x25 kgs
5x30 kgs

3. Squats

12x30 kgs
8x40 kgs
5x50 kgs
3x60 kgs
3x60 kgs

I could manage 3 reps with 70 kgs till my last session

4. Deadlift (only form work, steadily the form is improving. I will post my video soon.)

5. Cool down
