Sumo's went to plan today, 215 I didn't reset properly for #2 so I was a little forward and out of whack, reckon it would have been @8.5 if I'd have reset (Looking over the vid I didn't really set up too good for either rep). 215 was my Sumo max and also beat my conventional double at 210. 5pps double in there easy.
BTNPP plan was to work up to the 95 x 2 ~@9 and hit 100 x 1 for shits and giggles. Easy double with 100kg, first ever 2 plates above my head. My favourite lifting PB to date for sure.
Added some extra stuff in as next week I don't plan on doing much at all.
Thought I'd put something over the video that was closer to what was going through my head, enjoy, or don't ha.
