3/1/13: 2 scoops on back squat + accessory day
Energy:
Energy was sky high going in to the back squat top set; even after my back-off sets, I had enough energy for snatch grip deads, front squats, RDLs, and abs! My muscles were feeling a bit tired, but physically and mentally, energy was solid throughout the work out.
Focus:
I was really focusing on keeping the knees out on back squats, but I focused on it a little too much, so I didn’t stay tight throughout the upper back. Nonethtless, focus picked up back during SGDLs, front squats (after I dropped working weight), and RDLs. Focus was lacking on abs.
Pump:
Nothing spectacular after back squats, but nice upper back pump after snatch grip deads, quads after front squats, and hammies after RDLs.
