2/28 was a ULC day - 166g fat (lots of saturated), 27g net carbs, and 181g protein
Strangely enough, after a carb day and ULC day, I woke up at the same weight - 170.8lbs. First time that's ever happened - usually I retain water after ULC days (go figure)
The nice thing about ULC days is that it helps me become more in tune with my body with regards to hunger - for example, in the evening, I now know that when I feel tired, it's not necessarily because I'm hunger but more because I'm physically tired from the day.
