DB shrugs--- 65x20/ 75x15/ 75x15/ 75x15
pretty good shoulder workout toninght---- dropped the Transform back to 4 pumps in anticipation of it running out... i will trnasition down to 2 pumps- that way i dont crash from withdrawl
