28/02/13 - Squat & Bench

Front Squat
100kg x 4 @7
110kg x 4 @8
110kg x 4 @8
110kg x 4 @9

Close Grip Bench
110kg x 2 @7
120kg x 2 @8.5
125kg x 2 @9.5 PB
115kg x 2 @9

Leg Extensions
70 x 20,20,20

Squats were a little off.

Bench was ok, let form slip too much though. This is the last week I plan to go heavy with lower reps and I still hit my only bench goal for the cycle of 125 x 2, my old POR paused max single.

One heavy session left, a deloadish week next week and then plenty of reps and form work for a while.

Terrible angle, can't see that my arms are in completely different position on the second rep, my right arm always flares before the left and that's the arm that still locks out higher than the left. That shoulder is a bitch, never painful anymore but its a fight to get that scap moving properly.
