thanks Ryano... I did visited doc and had a scan of shoulder. Thankfully it is just an muscle issue. It is getting better .... Yes I do some warm ups sets for shoulder / rotators ... but I guess it was not enough. Last year I had the same problem in right shoulder but it is ok now. Need to work out it very soon. thanks.

I just love Squats ... Shoulder is getting better with each passing day. Hopefully will be at my 100% by 3rd week of march.
