Today was deads, i actually lowered my percentage from 80% to 70% and changed my stance to sumo. I haven't had a day that I just really dialed in sumo, do I took one.

Backward sled drags...

Took time to help other teammates focus on form and loading. The Tuna hit 3 PRs after missing 335 five times! He went 340/345/350 on deads! Currently his total is 875, should be able to dial I'm already another 50-75lbs before meet in May. This kid is making huge strides at just 16yrs old.
