Why do you ask BtB?
In modern powerlifting the quads are somewhat ignored, but a lot of guys like me and Jonathan Byrd have monster quads and really believe in the importance of quad strength.

I thought maybe you might want to do a quad specialization program for a few months to see if it helps.
