Little Keg (L) 50 lbs
Duck walk 4x50ft B
Lunges w/ overhead ext. 1x50ft ea l
Zurcher Squat 3x5 B
One arm shrugs 3x5ea B
this was the bulk of it anyone else know good keg workouts?
