Still really sore and tired from yesterday. Trained anyway because my wife was home. I could tell by my warmups that my regular pause work wasnt going to happen (everything felt heavy). Just did some T&G reps for fun and bagged it. I do think I am going to start doing my submax singles T&G then do my pause work.
