Took 2 days off after missing a 182.5kg squat attempt, need to re think my squatting approach its been too long since I squatted 185kg I have not PRd in straight weight for far too long. I would say i am sitting around 175kg wrapped right now, which is stupid cos I squatted 170kg with no wraps not long ago with the SSB, and also a wrapped 174kg with the cambered bar. Something is holding back my straight bar squat but I cant put my finger on what, I feel super loose through the midsection and glutes with the straight bar, but tight and strong with the SSB. WEIRD.
Really have no idea what to do
