Good day of quads yesterday. Worked up pretty heavy but stayed within my 8-12 range and even did all my sets on leg press at the 15 rep mark.
I was able to do single leg on eveything except squat which was great because it allows me to work each leg good without allowing my right quad to dominate the movements.
wt this am 300.0.
I think i may dial it in and get down to about 290ish and then go back up to 300+
