Straps up and belt on

Singles were way harder than I had hoped.
Snatch Grip Deadlifts from blocks
100kgs for 3 sets of 12
Had to work very hard to keep lower back arched and keep good form.
Barbell shrugs with a looooong hold at the top
100kgs for 2 sets of 10 bodybuilder reps
Supersetted with
Lat high row
80kgs x 10
100kgs x 10
Back raises
50 reps in 3 sets
Awful deadlift session. I thought it would be best to work up after speed sets, maybe I was wrong. Maybe I need more practice in my suit. My suit was loose after my stomach bug on Monday but a wash should tighten it. Maybe I need to pull raw and forget the suit. Maybe I will compete in squat and bench only
