Shit day, bar was stuck to the floor. Lockouts still easy though. Video again looks fairly smooth but a lot of hip movement to start.
Form was off and hip started to niggle on the top set which really put me off. Excuses over, will drop sumo's next week and rest the hip.
Playing the rest of the week by ear with deadlines and crap, only heavy upper stuff to get through anyway. Need to re-arrange my week some though and split the heavy upper and lower more evenly.
