Still in contact with your specialist? Probably best to ask him/her... it could be a common post-op occurrence, it could be something best addressed promptly or it could be something else that you interpret as "gall bladder related" due to your experience, but is not....appendicitis, for example.

Not saying I know anything except you should find out for sure and not get an internet guess from non-medically trained strangers.
