Squats ( all ATG )

185x5
235x5x5. Not a Pr but for the amount of sets of 5 it is
Dead lift
205x5+20 lbs
305x5+50 lbs
355x4+5 lbs but lost a rep. Actually a 10 sec pause after 3rd rep and almost did not get 4th rep. Will try for 5th rep Monday at same weight
All above with 3 min rest except warm up sets
Leverage machine squat
150 lbs x 20 reps. Probably could have done 25 reps , will just add weight to this Monday and build into it
Done in 50 minutes
