Home Made Poppers.
--10 Jumbo Poppers, halved and with the innards scooped out.
--One box Cream Cheese
--1 cup Cheddar Cheese
--1 Pack of Bacon
Cut the bacon slices in half. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Scoop the cheese into the halved pepper slices. Wrap the bacon around the peppers.
Bake on 400 for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
