Bench - 140, 170, 205, 240x5, 280x3, 205x8, 135x8
BB Row - 110, 140, 165, 195, 225x5, 165x8
Floor Press - 135x8, 155x8, 175x8
Pull Downs - 140, 150, 160x8
Highest bench ever for triples. I was happy with this program I went from only ever pushing 255x1 max to doing 280 triples which is awesome.
