BTB's latest Vlog made me think about this some more.
As I bulked up from 191, I hit a few stalls. When I got to about 216-217, my body didn't want to gain another pound, no matter how much more I'd eat (additional shakes, yams, meat). I was suck at this weight for a little more than 3 months. I hit another wall at 225-227 that lasted until I pushed over 230.
Once I got past that, I eventually made my way north of 240 (247 was my heaviest weight, although I didn't hold it for more than a week). Since then, I have stopped my PM shake and not eaten all of my daily foods and my BW seems to be hovering between 240-242 after an initial dip to around 235.
Is 240ish my new set-point? I'm not sure. But I'd like to think it is.
