Yeah, that wasn't much fun either.
Session was tough, I was a broken mess by the end. Usually I'd never do this kind of volume on Thursday, but I'm away seeing family this weekend so I'm missing football training so it's all good. One day's rest really doesn't feel enough between Tuesday and Thursday's lower body sessions so I think I'm going to change things up. I'll have an update in regards to this next week methinks. Have an idea of what I'm going to do though.
