ME Squat Day
Solid night tonight, I squatted vs 4 chains. I did sets with 3 wheels with short rests for doubles. These sets were moving pretty well so I worked up to a heavy double. Not an organ buster but heavy. I then hit a couple down sets for speed and worked abs, then low back. Solid night.

Back was blown up after the supersets.
