Been struggling for time to log..
Been going for 5x5's recently with gradual increases everytime I hit rep goal. I'm training in the hypertrophy rep range for all assistance work.
Next weeks plan is Deadlift 165kg, Bench 95kg and Squat 130kg 5x5
