It's late and I've had a long night, but that's a dilletante upset that he's not given what he thinks is due.

Is he strong, yes. Can he stand up with multiple ugly squats, yes. Can he bench adequately, yes. Can he deadlift, maybe. Pulled 315 with a shoulder problem.

Just saying, a lot of guys are stronger than him at that level. What is his point?

Nice lifts buddy. Now keep doing it better so the judges give you credit. And you know, deadlift. That's pretty key in our sport.

But you keep flexing those biceps! I'm sure that will get you where you want to go.
