Bench/Squat Day
Today I floor pressed for sets of 4, I took short rests and got a fair bit of decent work done, I then pressed overhead so that T dub would not yell at me again! LOL After the OHs I did reverse grip bench, meh not likely I’ll do it again but I always wanted to try it! I finished with concentric GMs off pin 28 with 4 chains. These were solid smoked an easy PR then repped out. Good night of lifting.
