Pressed (haha) for time today, hurried through stuff. Still didn't get to do extra pressing, will try to increase volume on Thursday.
Bench Press - paused, with a press command. Just for fun, never done it.

320x1 - EASY. Used wrist wraps on this one and it flew up after the command, setup was butter and my elbow tuck just felt right.
